/ About
Our research teams focus on chronic bone and joint diseases and aim to understand the mechanisms of disabling diseases and to targeted therapies.
Our general approach is based on cohorts, and integrates basic research through the development of murine and cellular models to explore molecular mechanisms and therapeutic targeting.

The BIOSCAR histology core facility specialises in the processing and analysis of mineralised tissues.
Agnès OSTERTAG
The imaging platform specializes in research on bones and joints, with a strong connection to clinical research.
Our imaging methods help us develop biomarkers. These markers are quantitative tools designed to track structural changes in both pathological and normal bone and joint tissues.
